Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders over ₹999. On smaller orders, a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your pin code. Remote locations may take longer.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pin codes and appears as a payment option at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery partner.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email. You can also check your order status in My Account, or on the Track Your Order page using your order number and billing email.

Delivery attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times. Please keep your phone reachable. Orders that cannot be delivered are returned to us.

Wrong or incomplete address

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible, before your order ships.
